  1. Back on the horse

    Hi Back on the horse again! I had a two week interruption during p2 and now I am back - first injection day was on Monday. Yesterday lost 3 pounds but I did gain 5 since my LI before my break. I will keep better track this time and finish this round strong.

    Can't wait I see the 130's in sight. Long time haven't seen!
    Keep at it, I tell myself again and again....

  2. Dose Skipping Day

    Yesterday I skipped my dose because I was just feeling to hungry the day before. I think it helped as yesterday I felt fine and today I feel even better as I lowered my dose. It seems every round I end up having to do this at least after the first week once. I'm not really sure of my exact dose I'm taking now but would guesstimate about 140ish. It was like 170ish before the adjustment. I just put a bit .2 less in the syringe so not really sure exactly? Hmm. Oh well I think it is right now as I feel ...

  3. Check in Time

    HI Everyone,
    Well still moving in the right direction downward. I will weigh again on Friday for my week 1 number of pounds loss. So far I think this will be my biggest number ever in week one. I did the leptin reset after my last round and I do think it worked. Not only am I have NO menopause symptoms at all but I also am sleeping, sweating when working out and feeling so amazing. I am sure that my body is now changed in and it was well worth all those BAB! Althought I did find it hard to ...

  4. New Loss...

    Well it took less time then I actually had expected to get to my LIW after I gained 6 pounds total.
    This morning I woke up VLCD 4 gone and done and I am at 144, which is -7.0 pounds from load weight. So I am a happy
    camper now - now I can feel good about weighing in once a week or so and not being obssesive, I just needed to at least
    get to my LIW.

    This round is going very well for me so far. It is round three and so far I think I feel better then the other ...

  5. On my way!

    Well I am on my way now. Today is VLCD3 and I woke up and I'm another pound down. Making 4 pounds in 2 days of VLCD! So yeah 2 more to go until my LIW- Which you have a plus or minus 2 pounds anyway.
    So I'll take that.

    Last night was my first real struggle with head hunger though. My son was making home made cinnamon rolls in the kitchen and it smelled up the whole house amazingly. That is one of my favorite smells.

  6. R3P2D1 Injection

    Well here I am again ready to start another round. I officially started my first shot today! Yeah I am so beyond ready to start losing again! It is hard during the stabalization phase P4 especially - not very good at that. I do great in P3 as long as I eat Primal/Paleo. So I guess that will be my life.

    I have gained 5 pounds from my LIW from last round and that was all pretty much this past week. I kind of refused to do a steak day knowing I was starting again anyways. Hopefully ...

  7. P4 focus..

    Well I find P4 a lot harder then P3 and not really sure if leaving P3 ever is a good idea for me. I try like just a bite or just one, but then I worry about what may happen and it hardly seems worth the risk. I am finding for the most part (maybe once on the weekend) I am perfectly content eating Primal and focusing on eating when hungry and stopping when full. Stopping when full is a bit harder I find.

  8. P4 and Where Have I been

    Wow I just realized I havn't really blogged at all in P3 -P4 this round. I guess I have been on the forum threads just not blogging. I do love blogging and now wish I would of kept it up - as it is a great way for me to record ' how things are going along the way'. Now I'm going to have to try to be brief and catch back up.

  9. Lindor weakness ....

    Today I woke up after being stuck pretty much for a couple to an almost pound loss - so yeah and about time! I was super excited about that as the day started. I have been having a bit of a harder time this week overal on my resolve and today I ate a Lindor Chocolate. OMG it was so good - they are my fav and I just can't seem to resist just one. I hope it don't hurt me to much on my losses tomorrow. I've been so strong - I don't know what happened, I just caved in.

  10. Into week three i go...

    Yes, I am super excited to be entering into week three now!

    Yesterday was a bit hard going out to lunch for Mothers Day, but I managed to stick to protocol fairly easily. I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad minus the croutons and dressing , and that worked. I had to weigh this morning as I was so nervous about eating that chicken.
