Today is VLCD D3 and it is going very very well. I have only experienced a few times of slight hunger but was able to work through it. I am for the most part feeling great and loving the weight loss! ~It is good~

    Hi Julie ~ Thanks it is going incredible! I honestly hadn't given it any thought until you mentioned it but I am not going to sway...it is just food. I might be weird but I find comfort in creating the meal (made cinnamon rolls for the family) but I am not having the desire to eat it I am chalking this up to the fact that I am so motivated and seeing the scale (before I started this I cannot tell you the last time I weighed) move is just pushing me forward....I can see with my minds eye the end result and I cannot wait!!! The skinny and healthy me is so ready to shine through that for today I cannot imagine anything getting in the way May many blessings and success shine your way!

    Kellie! You are doing so awesome! I only lost 15 lbs my whole first round and you are just about there already! Your enthusiasm and great attitude will make this a success for you. Way to go! I look forward to reading more about your journey.
