Lost 7.2 pounds in only three days! I'm very excited! I'm so happy I found HCG!
Been reading the forums and have founds lots of information. Listening to WeightLossApocalypse Utube videos that was mentioned and they are very informative.
Also have been finding lots of recipes to use online. Definitely need to find a good salad dressing and something sweet for sugar cravings.
