New and excited about HCG!

I want to let all of you guys know that I am soooo thankful for this forum. Today I weighted in at 169.8. I have NOT been in the 160s in two years. Weight loss has been so hard. This week I stalled at 170.8 for two days and 170.0 for two day after having consistent weight loss. But for this forum, I would have been freaking out. I am down 18.2 lbs. in 30 days. I can see the change, especially in my face. I haven't looked at my face much in the past two years because it's been swollen and bloated.

I have a question though. I know I'm going to need another round. I know that I have to stablize in P3 for three weeks. Can I then start Round 2 or do I need to do three weeks of P4?

    the way I was told is I need to do either 3 weeks of P3 and 3 weeks of P4 Or do 6 weeks of P3.. that is hcg protocol. this should result in a resetting of the body weight set point and hypothalamus. This is the phase that resets metabolism to a high normal state. But the other problem is you build up an immunity to HCG and the 6 week break keeps that from happening.
    However I know several people that are just doing the 3 weeks and heading back to P2, so it is up to you.

    Sounds like you are doing great. Congratulations! I am on a Doc supervised program (I did not know I could do it alone) and he says go 6 weeks on P3 then start again. That is my plan. Anxious to hear what others say.

    I am sorry I don't have any advice..but your doing great and congrats on your losses thus far!! I just finished my first round and I still need another round to get to my normal BMI for my height.. so we will see how it goes. I was not on hcg.. I was on homeopathic drops.

    You are doing awesome! I hear that some people do p3 then go back into p2. You could seek further advice/experience on the forums.

    I agree with Tomwilla -- you may not want to take the chance that you would become immune to HCG. On the other hand, it might be nice to go into p3 and p4, and exercise and see if you can lose weight (2 pounds a week) the old fashioned way. That's what I'm going to do. My goal is 180 (Now at 197) and I am going to try to get to 160 after that by exercising and diet.
