    Hi I decided a year ago when I tried hcg that I would come back a year later to check in. While I was researching hcg and on it (1 round) I had a hard time finding 1 year updates. Well here it is folks. I started at 163, did a round and ended at 148.8. I maintained that for quite awhile. Over the summer I went as high as 151 but went back down with exercising. So here it is..   2. 2 month weight average (maintenance)

    Yesterday I added up my daily weights for the past 61 days since being done with the drops and then divided up to get my average... my average was my EXACT LDW!!! 148.8! Now, I'd love to be losing more BUT I'm definitely maintaining! Just thought I'd share!

    I thought I'd blog and let you all know how I'm doing. I see so many people on here that just never come back and you wonder, did they keep the weight off? Did they gain it back and are too embarrassed to come back on and update people?

  4. Wasn't expecting that!

    On day 7 of ph3 and I'm down a pound today! I've been eating 1500-1700 calories everyday. I re-introduced eggs yesterday for breakfast, I had just one. So today, I tried 2 I'm not quite sure why I lost a pound, but I'm not complaining! As of today I am 1.4 below ldw.

  5. workout #1 since being on hcg & past weeks weights in ph3

    HOLY MOLY am I weak! I had a pinched nerve for about 3 weeks prior to getting on hcg. Then I didn't workout during ph 2, so today is day 6 of ph3 and I did my first workout in months. My muscles are so weak. I can tell a huge difference in how I feel now compared to in the past when it had been awhile since I workout out.   6. Finally down!!!!

    YAY!! I was down to 148.4 this am! .4 under ldw. The combination of steak day on Tuesday and high protein yesterday must of worked. Man, I needed that so I can continue on with ph3. I think I'm going to try pistachios today. I want to take this slow and I'm not going to try eggs again until I clear at least 1 new food (nuts) then I'll try eggs, then cheese. Does anyone know how many nuts I should try? A handful once today? Should I try a few every few hours? How much is a small amount to start with? ...

  8. It's a sad day- steak day on d3 of p3

    DANGIT. I'm up .4, just enough to put me over my ldw by 2 oz. Is it the eggs? I had 1.5 yesterday. Or is it a steak I had at lunch that our (recently passed away) grandpa gave us. He bought us some meat that a man here seals and sells. Well while I was eating it I was thinking it tasted different. So now I wonder if it had some seasoning on it or was marinated in something...     So I'm up 1.8 above ldw. So not quite a steak day yet. I asked the same question twice this am on the forum and have yet to get an answer. So I'll try it here. I had eggs yesterday as my new food and I had ham at lunch ( not thinking about the sodium and not knowing about the sugar). So now I'm not sure if the gain is from: a. just normal gain cuz ph3 just started b. sensitive to eggs? c. salty/sugary ham and lots of it yesterday... So now I'm left to wonder...     So, today is my first day of ph3. I have overdone it!! I feel awful. I haven't went #2 in DAYS so that is not helping matters. (TMI)
    Here is what I ate:
    Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs w/peppers & onions, AND 2 fried eggs
    Lunch- 2-3 serving of ham
    Lots of water
