It's been a bit since my last post. I've been on P3 for 3 weeks now. I have maintained my LIW nicely. :-) Super happy about that. Still do not miss the carbs or sugar at ALL! I'm still keeping my diet pretty low carb. I don't indulge in fruits that have high sugar content. I will NOT let carbs rule my life again! I just won't do it. My diet consists of high protein, healthy fats, and veggies, OH & cocoa crack lol! Haven't had any issues with any nuts. So I toss those in my plain stevia sweetened greek yogurt from time to time. I'm enjoying the variety of P3, but honestly I have to say doing the strict consistent diet of P2 is much easier. My hubby & I cook ALL of our food for the week and freeze it for the road. (Thankfully we are home weekly!) We do not eat out of truck stops or restaurants. Haven't done that in over 2 months! At first I thought since we were truckers that this diet would be super hard, but actually it simplified our lives. We saved lots of $$ at the grocery store on P2.
This week I was able to finally see my mom, it was Christmas since I last saw her. She was FLOORED by how I look! Everyone we ran into in my hometown, even my hairstylist, said, "What have you been doing?, You look AWESOME!". This is the 1st time since doing HCG that I've had anyone see the before and afters, other than my husband. It really has boosted my moraleNothing like a little WOW to keep you on the right track
