  1. Can you do a steak day in Phase 2

    I am on R1 Day 29 and can't seem to get below 170. I have done ok I guess on this diet or as I like to call it a lifestyle change. I started at 187 and am at 170 on day 29. So not many days left until I get to the 40 days and am really wanting to drop the weight. My goal is 150 and from the looks of it I probably won't hit it on this round. I was wondering if can do a steak day on Phase 2. As I understand it it is only steak for 24 hrs. Water and tea as well correct? Any info or advice would be ...
