Hi I am back on the HCG diet, I have some questions hoping someone can help.

Can I use MIO ( flavored water drops) no calories or sugars
What about flavored sparking water, again no calories but some sodium?

Anyone else starting today??

I'm really excited to this diet again, I think this time I am mentally prepared to stick through the 23 days.

    I'd stay way from the MIO drops. You don't know what 'hidden' sugars they add.

    I add fresh lemon juice [1-2 tbs] with 2 pks of Truvia [or stevia] with some ice and I have my own "lemonade". I use a 1 quart water bottle so you will need to try different combinations of lemon juice and stevia to make it to your liking.

    If you want to experiment with flavors, you may want to research Capella Drops which some ppl do well with on HCG. Keep in mind that Capella Drops are only for flavoring so you will need to use your own sweetener - like Stevia.

    For a real treat, you can use Pelligrino Mineral Water. It will give it some fizz - like a soda.
