Headache, and grumpy. I forgot my vitamins last night b/c I fell asleep when I layed down with my daughter. Didn't have our clothes ready this am and was all out of sorts. I felt miserable all day. I take my multi and probiotics in am and the B complex and potassium with dinner and the calcium, D, magnesium at bedtime. Forgot the dinner ones last night and missed the bedtime ones. Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel better.

Todays menu:
Breakfast: Carb friendly protein drink, tea
Lunch: 2 slices boiled ham 97% fat free, 2 cups lettuce, hardboiled egg and 7 strawberries, Balsamic vinegar dressing
Snack: Apple
Dinner: grilled chicken and green beans from KFC (too much sodium so lots of xtra water today)

Yesterdays Menu:
Breakfast: Protein drink, tea
Lunch: 6 slices boiled 97% fat free ham, 2 cups lettuce, hard boiled egg, 7 strawberries, balsamic vinegar dressing
Snack: apple and 100 cals cheese flavored popcorn
Dinner: Chicken, broccoli, onions and peppers stirfried with an egg and 1 tablespoon olive oil and braggs amino acids

(Not such a good day) and it showed cause I had no loss this morning

    What Carb friendly drink do you take? I bought the Think Thin bars but I am afraid to try them.

    You may have eaten too much sodium - the ham and maybe the balsamic vinegar has some hidden sugars.

    Something is causing you to stall. Change your meat selections for a few days and see what happens. You've had the same meat on both days for both meals. Try - shrimp and steak, chicken and talapia, chicken & steak, etc. and your veggies - cabbage & lettuce, tomatoe & cabbage, cucumber & lettuce. I only use Hearts of Romaine lettuce instead of Iceburg or the bagged lettuce. It is much more filling. Sometimes I use cabbage as my "lettuce" for a salad and I make my dressing out of - 1 tbs MCT Oil, 1 tbs Yellow Mustard and 1/2 pk of Truvia with different spices [Yummo]. I also use this same dressing as a dipping sauce or to put over a burger, steak, fish or chicken.

    Change your selections so your body doesn't get used to what you are eating.

    Curvygirl that mustard sounds good. I have been having a problem with meats. I am starting to hate them and started ham to change it up. Plus my overall calories have been higher this round. I don't mind losing slower as long as I continuously lose but you're right. Too much sodium in the ham, especially when I eat 6 slices, lol.

    Tammy, I have been drinking EAS AdvantEdge carb control protein drinks. 110 cals 3-4 fats 3-4 carbs and 17grams protein. I get them at Target or Walmart. Usually about $5.00 for 4 of them premixed and ready to drink. They taste decent over ice.

    Made a big pot of "magic soup" for the kids tonight. They didn't like it. Oh, well.
