Just blogging food today cause I really need to get to sleep.
Breakfast: EAS AdvatEdge protein drink, rich dark chocolate
Lunch: Chicken sandwich (2 slices thin sliced whole wheat bread, roasted chicken breast (no skin), romaine lettuce, balsamic dressing (fat free low carb Vermont brand 15 cals for 2 tablespoons)
Snack: apple
Dinner: Magic Soup (the magic is in the meatballs), big bowl- Low sodium, fat free, no msg chicken broth, mirepoix mix, chicken, garlic, basil, marble sized homemade beef balls, diced organic tomatoes and romano cheese.
I put pasta in the bowls for my kids and the soup over it. They both used to like it but neither one of them seemed too crazy about it tonight. Probably b/c I used whole wheat pasta. I thought they wouldn't notice.
Snack: Cucumber (1 whole large one, plain)
Off to catch some Zzzzzzzs b/f tomorrow. We have dance class, pumpkin farm, hanging our "Boo" decorations and then a neighborhood Halloween get together tomorrow night where the neighbors show a viewing on the side of their garage of the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown.
