Well, I hit my goal this morning. Feels good to accomplish something that takes hard work and dedication and ends up satisfying me more than any bag of m&m's or slice of pizza ever could :-)

    Amzing! Congrats to you I hope to hit my goal on monday. taking last dose hcg sunday night at 5:30 0r 6 and a semi "p3" meal tuesday at 7pm ish. Keep me posted on your p3 and p4. How was your second round p3 compared to your 1st? I really hope I can stabilize as well as I did my first round, but reading other posts make me nervous. Yours gives me hope

    Way to go, Lawgal! You started back in February when I started (although you've done MUCH longer rounds than I have). Your progress and dedication are amazing. You should be super proud of yourself. Enjoy P3!!!

    @emross82... My p3 after my second round was a bit rough, but I did not follow p3 protocol very much and did FFF days quite often. Pretty much why I started p2 round 3 so quickly again because I did not stabilize the way I wanted to. So, did p2 and now I'm going to do this p3 by following The Primal Blueprint. I like the 80/20 rule... 80% you follow the rules and 20% you indulge a little ;-)

    sounds good thanks I really try and stick to the rules in p3 ( i did do a sugar free mcdonnelds ice coffee in p3 week 2 and it didnt make me gain at all. I actually lost I think) so Im hoping that its not hard for me because im at a lower weight. I really read those dang labels and add things pretty slow. Honestly the only thing new I add from p2 thats diff is diff veggies ( cannot wait to have mixed onions, mushrooms and peppers!!) I up my protien a bit and i use the p3 appoved dressing. i eat fage on p2.. love love. i add cheese and nuts on p3..im happy with those choices for the most part. Some times I will eat some egg white on my salad. God I cant wait for a real salad on p3. i want some olives and parm cheese. Sorry, its lunch and ive only had my strawberries. I dont mind p2, im not hungry..but i get bored and want to "live again" and add some coco crack and have the right to choose some diff options. which is funny because I usually stick the mainly the same things anyway, lol. Good luck in your p3!! Keep me posted on how youre doing. sometimes I think when im up on the scale its not from what im eating but the amount and what time. I can eat a complete p3 mixed veggie meal and be up the next day. I guess it makes sence but its frustrating when your tryiing to figure out new things. So on the days I add in new stuff, I add them in earlier in the day and have my bigger meal for lunch and a jay robb shake for dinner.

    Okay, I'm going to look into Primal Blueprint. I really do not want this P3 to be such a struggle for me, especially since this is supposed to be my final round. I like the 80/20 rule...a lot. Thanks for recommending it!

    WOW...I have not been on the blog since May 21 and am so happy to see that you have reached your goal!!!!!! I have still kept off the 35 pounds I lost in the first round and have decided to start another round! Today is my first loading day! If I can see the kind of success that I did the first time around, it would be amazing! Good for you girl! Your picture is beautiful!
