pleasantly surprised

Well I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I lost 1.8lbs this morning, especially since I had miracle noodles for the first time on p3 last night... and they were really good in my crockpot chicken soup :-)

Here's what I had yesterday:
B- coffee with at free half & half, 16oz water
Mid- 20oz water
L- BB Prem light tuna w/ 1t of Dukes mayo, 10 celery sticks, one medium organic granny smith apple, 20oz water
Mid-aft- 16oz water and green tea with stevia
D- crockpot chicken soup made with three 3-4oz natures promise B/S chicken breasts, NP low sodium chicken broth, spices and 2 bags of miracle noodles (eating the rest for lunch today), 20oz water. Yes, I forgot to eat a veggie.

    Way to go! So you are liking the miracle noodles? I still am using them in P3....They are now a staple for me

    Yep, love the miracle noodles! I will never need to eat regular carby pasta again. I am going to order the variety pack off amazon that comes with 2 fettucine bags, 2 angel hair, and 2 "rice". I'd like to try putting the rice one in my soup next time and I want to try the fettucine with sauce and see how I like it. I'm thinking the best way to like it is to add the sauce to the noodles once done cooking and let sit for 5 or 10 minutes so the noodles absorb the flavor of the sauce.

    I KNOW....its awesome. I have the rice too, never tried the fettuccini... though I would like to next time. I like the rice "stir fried" with meat and veggies and some Braggs Liquid Aminos. I also like it with scrambled eggs. That USED to be one of my favorite breakfasts, scrambled eggs and rice.
    Alot of people say "ewwww" but it is so yummy. The Miracle rice is a good substitute for that.
    I do love the fact that they take on flavors so well. Now that I am in P3 I am going to try some Spaghetti.
