Well I ended week 1 feeling very well. Down 10 pounds. I have not found it to hard yet. Trying some different thing with the food but staying on protocol.
Ok I need help. I have eaten 1 apple and 100grms of fish and cabbage today. I not hungry and still ave 1 meal left. IM NOT HUNGRY,
2/16 - Day 1 load - 202.4 2/17 - Day 2 load - 203.4 2/18 - Day 1 VLCD - 203.4 2/19 - Day 2 VLCD - 200,6 (-2.8) 2/20 - Day 3 VLCD - 199.4 (-1.2) 2/21 - Day 4 VLCD - 198.2 (-1.2) It's getting easier each day. Does it stay that way ?
I can't wait to check the blogs everyday. Today is VLCD DAY 3, down 1.2 this morning. Made it through another day, thanks to my fellow bloggers.
I woke this morning with my first real day, start of VLCD Day 2, weight 200.6 a 2.8 lb loss. Happy morning! Off to make it through day 2.
Well after not loading well I am almost through Day 1 of the LCDV. Not sure i really know what LCDV stands for. . Day 1 of load morning weight 202.4. Morning of day 2 203.4. Only 1 pound. This morning no change. Just finished dinner and I am hungry bring on the water.

Today is my 2nd day load and I know I have not eaten enough. Dang what am I going to do? Tomorrow is day 1 of the low calorie diet.

Ok here's the deal...I start day 1 which should be a load, but the te doctor told me not to load. He did eat normal, because he has not see the load make a great difference. Please provide som advice. I want a good start on the hcg.
So.....I went to my doctors appointment today and it went well. Waiting on the pharmacy to call with my prescription. In the meantime I have a question. The doctor was explaining the oil restrictions. I am an African American woman. Can anyone give me advice on hair care while on protocol?
