Try spacing out your food.
Count your lucky stars. ;-) You don't have to eat every single item of the planned day. I would suggest adding in the following order though: Protein Veg Fruit Forget Melba toast all together Or switch protein and veg. Lucky, lucky, lucky you. I must be a freak. I have never not been hungry with hcg.
Hi, Enjoy the non-hunger while it lasts! I felt this way my first week, because I ate the protocol with no spices and nothing to make it taste more palatable. Naturally I lost a pound a day. Then in the second and third weeks, I discovered curry powder, salt, and balsamic vinegar. Uh oh. My food started tasting great and my appetite returned. I used to skip the Grissini breadsticks and the fruit if I didn't feel hungry.
My first round, I had no hunger at all. I ate what the protocol said, everyday. Spices didn't agree with my weight loss, so I cut them out. Follow the plan, regardless of your hunger. (non hunger), you don't want your body to go into starvation mode, where it stores everything. The 500 calories is made up from certain calories to keep your metabolism running, and to burn your bad fat away. I know different people change things up, but personally I like to follow the protocol exactly as written.
Thanks all! I did make myself eat last night. My protein on romaine leaves I had chicken tacos. It worked down 1.8 this morning.
