    Was stalled for like 6 days. And stopped weighing for a few, thinking that would help me get over my obsession - so then when I finally DID get on the scale, was surprised to see a 4-lb gain!!!! But most of that is gone now. Coming to the end of week 3 and am only down 7.4 pounds. I am just finding that my body wants to hold onto this fat more tightly than in the past - probably due to age and hormones. <sigh> ...

    Yep, I am in the week 2 stall. Typical for me. Stayed pretty much the same today on the scale, just powering through it and hoping the scale starts moving again next week. Bitterly cold here, winter is finally upon us! And I desperately need new tires on my Jeep, ugh. Well, not desperately, but let's just say I could REALLY use new ones. Just have to save my pennies, right?

    Two weeks til Christmas. One more gift to buy and then I'm done.

    I am starting to believe that 266 is a set point for me. I've been hovering around this number for a week now. But it's only week 2 of this round, and I often stall weeks 2-3, so I'm just gonna stick it out and see where it takes me.

    Hubby has the cold from hell. And I just realized that he got his own cough drops, and probably didn't even think to get sugar free ones. Hey stayed home from work ...

    Yesterday was our first skip day, and after consulting with Grammy, our dose is too high. So tomorrow we are backing down our dose a bit. Hunger yesterday was miserable. I obsessessed about food all damn day. All day.

    And I made myself some soup and spilled it down my shirt, where it pooled in my sports bra and burned me between the tatas. Yeah, blisters in my cleaveage made me forget about food ...

    Stayed the same today. While in the past I have been able to "cheat" with SF cocoa, it appears I cannot do that this time around. So no more SF cocoa. And I'm almost out of cutie oranges, so I may skip those for a while too as I've been really focusing on those the last couple of days. If I remember correctly, in my 2nd round in 2010, I had issues with citrus, so I'll just skip those too for a few days ...

    Up a bit today. Definitely didn't get water in yesterday. In fact, didn't drink much of anything most of the day. So may be retaining water, dunno. Will get all my water in today and see how it goes.

    Lunch yesterday was the chicken "tortilla" soup - just flavored broth, veggies, and chicken, and a couple cutie oranges.

    Great losses so far - of course it's the first week and those are always stellar. I'm just re-losing what I lost last round. With hubby doing this with me, much more strict this time around, that's for sure! Only problem is getting my water in. In fact, I better go fill up my water bottle!

    Goal is to go to the gym tonight to walk the treadmill for a bit, just start getting back in the groove. ...

    Ok, today is day 2 of my 2nd round this year. The last one was a bust, mostly because I totally tanked my P3. And that's ok. I'm not going to castigate myself over it. Onwards and downwards.

    Or is this day 2? I'm pretty much disgusted with myself. I've pretty much thrown this round out the window with poor choices. New round starts Turkey Day, and I'm going to be STRICT. I'm going to go back to weighing my protein, batch cooking, and not a lot of variety. It's what worked for me in the past, and it'll work again. I just need to get my head in the game and be damn strict, PERIOD.

    Especially since DH is doing the next round with me. A little competition doesn't ...
