Just started. Really challenging as a vegetarian.

This is supposed to be day 4, but I cheated on day 3--the first day after loading. I was starving!!! I tried so hard to resist. I couldn't sleep. Finally fell asleep around 2 am, and then woke up at 3:30 because I was hungry. I was sleepy and just gave in to the desire to eat. My roommate always has sweets too. I ended up stuffing down 2 pastries in record time.

Trying to do better today. I don't feel as hungry, and that's good. I had my hcg shot on Monday so I would think it would definitely be in my system by now.

Thursday:

Breakfast shake with egg white and mct oil added.

Snack shake 2 hours later w/ mct oil.

Lunch: spinach, apple cider vinegar, mtc oil, 1 whole hard boil egg and one with just egg white.

Snack shake with 3 egg whites, ground flax, and mct oil.

Dinner: onion, mushrooms, and tofu.

Feeling much less hungry than I was yesterday at this time.
