  1. what a day...

    was told by my fam doc my heart rate is too low and now i am bradycardic...nice...most likely just over medicated from my blood pressure pill and the weight loss..we shall see..

    just feel discouraged and ruined todays diet .... ate some meatballs, 1/4 of a donut, low carb tortilla with cheese and tuna, and made me some crack.... uh, i am on P2....

    I think I know what my weight loss hang up has been...the walden farms products... the week I didnt have any...i lost every single day...so today i will start without and see if thats it... wish me luck...

  4. just picked up a magazine from the grocery store...DR Oz is talking about HCG diet...

    interesting article ....he seems to say he is not for it...however I thnk he is being cautious as his wife appears to have tried it... also the diet plan they give in the mag is a 1200 calorie diet..hmmm

  5. Cashews a stall fix????

    Well.... I AM ELATED.... my losses have been slow at about .6 with quite a few ups and then downs...and now for a week straight i am loosing and under 190!!!! that has been years for me.... a week ago I was sitting watching tv...had eaten all my protochol and grabbed about 6 unsalted cashews and just mouse nibbled on them... and lost the next day...and have been doing that every night since...could that possibly be what is helping???????

  7. Staying the course

    officially started April 14th with my load days. on hhcg, and then switched over to hucog... but so far am down 19 lbs... and greatful as heck.... I just need to keep those small increments as my goal in front of me, and before I know it the big goal will be here... I have struggled to loose weight with 5-6 days of cardio excersize for months and watched the scale stay in one spot or gain weight... It broke my heart that i had to work so hard...and now, I can say that I can loose weight it IS possible... ...

  8. I almost broke it

    I was in line to buy myself a latte.... fortunatly the person in front of me was buying 5 lattes and I walked away....and later just bought iced coffee... so much for trying to be reckless....... I did ok... had a few extra shrimp...and a few extra strawberries... i shall survive to eat another day!

  10. Vlcd 5 ....

    ok...its been 5 days on the VLCD using hucog... and doing well... I think because i binged like a starved mad women on my load days I avoided headaches and hunger issues.... my only prob has been some constipation...and I do drink my water above and beyond.... so I tried a meal with shirataki miracle noodles yesterday and SHAZAAM... prob fixed and 3 lbs down... yeah!
