Round 3 better than 2

Pms put me 3.5 lbs over ldw and loading put me up another 4.5. That's a bit depressing, but it's coming off pretty quickly.

Not too shabby. More importantly, I'm not hungry at all, and I have no desire to cheat. Round 2 was a complete torture session and I felt like a failure even with weight loss. I was afraid that round 3 would be a repeat but I feel so completely different, so relieved. I still think about a bite of cheese when I'm packing lunch for my son, or a bite of sausage when making breakfast for my daughter, but it's a fleeting thought easily brushed off. I definitely hope that lasts throughout the round.

I think I would have had a better loss this morning, but when I asked my hubby to throw a steak on the grill for me he used one of the pre-marinated pepper steaks. I'm not sure if there is anything added other than pepper, but I would assume at least salt. We had dinner at the in laws and I did not eat, feels weird but I am committed and really it wasn't that hard. I was starving when we got home which is why I went ahead and had the pepper steak, I didn't think I could wait for another to cook. Oh well, a 2.5 lb loss is excellent and I will be better prepared from now on.

    You are doing great! Keep up the good work. I'm on Round 2 and losing as well as I did on Round 1 but was more excited about Round 1. Maybe because it was new and such a shock that something was working right. Now I'm sorta just rocking along and thinking chicken, fish, chicken, fish, chicken, fish, steak, and back to chicken....fish.

    Hey Lil Devil, How are you doing? I'm curious to know what you think caused you problems in R2. I'm starting R2 in about 2 weeks.
