  1. doing my first steak day today!

    my weight is way up today! 134. something I got scared after seeing 134!!!

    what has been the best steaks for you wonderful people to use on your steak days? will search the boards for more info also!

  2. quick update

    I have been pretty stable at 130-131.6 no matter what I eat...today I am up to 132 from a really off day....moved a friend into an apartment on the third floor and went out for chinese after.

    Eating clean today since I am still technically within my 2lb range with my last dose weight being 131.6.

    so, I decided to cut my round short for various reasons and today is day 3 of phase 3 and I am down to 128! I don't understand why, but I am not complaining at all! I know I should expect part of it to come back on since my LDW was 131...but right now I am basking in the glory of the 120s=-)

    some progress today!

    lunch today is albacore tuna with a little mustard, a side of melba, and an orange if I feel the need.

    Dinner will most likely be talapia and a veggie since I forgot one for lunch!

  5. finally some movement!

    the scale read 132.4 this morning! Hopefully this means I will start getting some regular losses again. I am hoping to be securely into the 120s before I end this round which is still possible if I don't stall out again! I really do think it is because I am reaching the weight ranges that I spent YEARS at. I know it might be a struggle from here on to get where I want to be but I am determined to make it.

    finally some movement! 133.4...I have been stuck at 133.8 for days now! I went out and bought some decaffinated green tea, yerba mate (plain and the chocolate), and some dandelion root tea (but it is roasted...is that bad?). Last night I tried the green tea, plain yerba, and dandelion "triple threat" and plan on repeating it again tonight. It deffinitly gave me a boost of enegery and had I not already been so tired I would have had problems sleeping for sure! It didn't taste as bad as ...

  7. stuck in a rut!

    I'm at day 3 of the same weight...so annoyed! I was having a loss, slight gain, then losing again and going through that cycle but now I seem to be stuck. I think I am going to try the "triple threat" tea if I can find the teas locally (surely hyvee or vitamine shoppe will have them) and see if that helps. I am also thinking about trying to incorporate some workouts..but I know I will have to listen to my body. The ones I am thinking about using are Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, insanity's ...

    I am loving that there are certain kinds of kool-aid people do well with...it is really helping ward off those mental cravings! It is great with clear liquid stevia..even my fiance likes it!

    intersting few days...yesterday I sky rocketed to 138, finally got things moving in my system, and woke up at 135.4 again today. Hoping the gain was just temporariy due to some build up. Oh the joys of being a girl!haha I am glad to be back at 135.4 I was horrified yesterday! My engagement ring is also nice and loose again today as it normally stays when I have losses...if it starts getting tight I know there is a gain because I retain water so easily.

    135.4 this morning...great loss after two weigh ins that came up the same and only a tiny loss before that=-)

    This diet is amazing!

    I have been having more hunger problems thanI did my first attempt...but nothing unmanagable..I am trying to play with my dose a little to see if that has something to do with it.
