stuck in a rut!

I'm at day 3 of the same weight...so annoyed! I was having a loss, slight gain, then losing again and going through that cycle but now I seem to be stuck. I think I am going to try the "triple threat" tea if I can find the teas locally (surely hyvee or vitamine shoppe will have them) and see if that helps. I am also thinking about trying to incorporate some workouts..but I know I will have to listen to my body. The ones I am thinking about using are Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, insanity's cardio recovery, and insanity cardio abs. My love handles are almost completely gone...I am so happy about that!
