    So the last 2 days I think I wayyyyy over did it on the peanut butter AND sugar free fat free pudding! I felt so sick this morning and I was at my boyfriends house for the weekend and was not able to weigh myself but today just to cleanse myself from the weekend I am doing a fage day! Its so yummy I couldnt find the total fat so I got the 2% and added heavy whipping cream and some liquid stevia and some simply fruit and some fresh strawberries it was DELICIOUS! AND FILLING! I have a good 4 containers ...

  2. Cocoa Almond Cups Recipe!

    This was also in the wrong blog category

    1 serving (about 28) of Almonds (plain or roasted) I like them roasted in salt
    2 tbsp light whipped butter
    1tbsp cocoa powder
    3pkgs splenda or stevia
    3 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk

    Melt all ingredients together pour into greased mini cupcake papers and Freeze for at least an hour
    Makes 6!

    I hated how this was in the other category of my blog so here it is AGAIN :]

    These taste just like a no bake cookie!
    1 tbsp light whipped butter (50 calories)
    1 tbsp Cocoa powder (20 calories)
    2 pkgs Splenda or Stevia (0 calories)
    2 tbsp Peanut butter (169) -I love the Naturally Peanut Butter with Flax seed
    5 tbsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze (10-15 calories)
    *optional* 1 tbsp Sugar Free Powdered French Vanilla coffee matte (30 calories) ...
  4. Wtf steak day?!

    So.....I was up 2. 4lbs today!!!! Seriously I was so upset I went like exactly by the book yesterday coming in at little over 1400 calories lots of protein! However.....its about to be THAT TIME OF THE MONTH! So...hopefully water retention and bloating is the culprit.....None the less its a Steak Day for me....oh and I havent had a serving of red meat in over 4 years...and I dont have the stuff for a Vegetarian steak day pudding thing.....Oh well... WISH ME LUCK!

  5. Cocoa PB Crust Cheescake Recipe!

    *Crust*
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 tbsp coconut oil
    1tbsp Splenda or Stevia
    -melt in sauce pan until smooth
    -grease freezer safe bowl or cup with non stick spray and pour mixture into bottom and let freeze (at least 45 minutes)

    *CHEESECAKE*
    1 serving sugar free, fat free cheesecake pudding (try making it with unsweetened Vanilla Breeze Almond milk)
    4 tbsp Cool Whip Free
    -Mix together after chilling

  7. I wanna be back to 108.4!

    I have been wanting to start a blog forever! I started the hcg 500 calorie diet phase 2 on May 2nd I was 122lbs but i have gained a lot of weight since last summer (about 15lbs.) and Im fairly short statured so my 5"1 height doesnt fit well with 122lbs. So I completed phase 1 and 2 loosing just over 13lbs. making my lowest weight 108.4. However I kind of splerged a little with starting phase 3 and somehow got stuck at 110. I want to say I am happy but Im just not I hold almost all my weight ...
