Confused about Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3 ect...

Hello,

I'm new to this and I'm confused with the Phases everyone talks about...can someone please explain what these phases are referring to?!
I started my journey again 10-March-13 as the last attempts were FAILS... so the two loading days are behind me and now on day one of strict!!!
Really looking forward to chatting with people on the forums and keep me motivated.

    Phase 1 - Loading (or cleanse phase as discussed in Kevin T's book)
    Phase 2 - VLCD (very low calorie day phase) - the intense part of the diet while taking the hcg hormone
    Phase 3 - Stabilization phase - an important part of the diet key to resetting your metabolism where you don't allow your weight to go up more than two pounds above your last injection weight
    Phase 4 - Maintaince phase (the rest of your life)

    Have you read Pounds & Inches? If not, google "Pounds and Inches" pdf and read through until you have a good working knowledge of the phases and diet.
