  1. Double Take! (Day 10)

    Good morning! So here I am, day 10 and stronger than ever with 9 pounds left to go! Yesterday I experimented with a steak day after eating more than enough fruit the night before to fight away the temptations to binge and it worked for me with a 1.3 pound loss! I broke last rounds attempted record and I feel great! This is the boost and reassurance I needed to keep me motivated and on track, just in time for Easter.
