    Here I am again. Not quite 1 year after I lost 20 pounds on HCG.....and it all. came. back. OK, not ALL, but roughly 16 pounds of it. So, here are the stats:

    VLCD 3, 189.6

    Day 1 went off without a hitch. Knowing I'm only doing this for 23 days this time around makes it seem easy. In a lot of ways, P2 IS easier---the choices are so limited that I don't really have to THINK. I'm on Corion sq 125 mcg.     Back for Round 2
    Greetings, all. This is VLCD1 for me. I did my first round in January and lost 19 pounds. I have stabilized unbelievably well, without trying very hard at all. My LIW from round 1 was 177.6, and I started today (post-load) at 179.4 Itís been a little hard to get motivated for a second round, but here I am. I have JUST enough time to complete a 23 day round and 3 weeks of P3 before I leave for Europe in June
