Enemas for Plateaus, Stalls, & Weight Gain on P2

Rate this Entry
I'm starting to notice that anytime I have a plateau, stall, or slight weight gain, if I do an enema, I lose at least 0.6 lb. immediately after. And if I do an enema at night, the next morning I lose at least 1 lb.

I never recommend using "Fleet" enemas or store-bought enemas. I always use warm, purified water with a splash of apple cider vinegar. I fill the water bag with about a liter of this solution and only insert a very small amount of water -- just enough to get things going.

I also don't recommend filling up the colon with water (like you normally would with high-volume enemas), because your body can sometimes retain water this way. Just a very small amount -- just enough to get things going.

SOME EXAMPLES FROM THIS ROUND:

Day 8 -- 1 day before 203.6 lb.
6 AM -- 204.4
Contribution to weight gain: Played tennis the day before.
Performed ACV enema to eliminate.
New weight -- 203.0
Also, next day dropped to 201.8.

Day 11 -- 2 days before 200.2 / 1 day before 200.8
8 AM -- 200.2
Contribution to slight gain / plateau: Skipped injection on Day 10.
Performed ACV enema to eliminate.
New weight -- 199.6

Since my body is super irregular on HCG, I was planning to do 1 to 2 enemas weekly to keep things going. But now, I think I would like to save my enemas for days that I plateau, stall, or gain weight. It helps me psychologically, since I feel like a failure when I don't lose.

I wouldn't recommend doing enemas for the sake of "weight loss." But since I'm irregular and constipated, I find that this solutions kills two birds with one stone.
