Ugh.... Weight loss at a stall?!!!

So, I've lost NO weight over the weekend!
I think I'm going to eliminate the Melba Toast. I've had less weight losses since adding it. I was losing more weight without it. Although I was having 4oz of meat & not 3.5

I've lost a total of 20lbs. I'm on day 14 (2 days Phase 1 & 12 days on Phase 2).

    Please someone tell me about the Steak Day. I know I didn't gain more than 2lbs but should I do it? & when you do a Steak Day, can you still have coffees & teas all day? & you get a apple with the steak at dinner, right? Oh" & what size steak can I have (ounces)?

    I wouldn't do one but its up to you..I would ditch the melba's and see what happens before going for a steak day...but..I think its 8.5 oz and you can drink coffee tea etc..I think u get a tomato if need be w/steak.

    A steak day is actually when you're in round 3 and you go two pounds over your LIW. Then you skip breakfast and lunch, eat the biggest steak you can and you can add a tomato if you like. There are some people that do steak days in round 2, but I'd just stick with what you're doing for now and omit the melba. Skip the fruit too if you're really freaked out.

    An apple day is used during round 2 if you stall. You eat an apple at breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a ton of water. However, Dr. S states that the apple day is more of a psycholoigical fix than serving any real weight loss purpose.

    Yea, I think I'll take your advice & drop the toast & see what happens. Thanks!

    Oh" & I THINK I read somewhere when researching this diet that we can have a apple or tomato when doing a steak day. I guess it isn't really necessary right now though for me to do.

    Ohhhh...... Well that's good to know. Thanks! I'm just going to try eliminating the toast for now.

    Ditch the toast...it didn't agree with me either and I dropped it in week 1 of vlcd. Fruit didn't like me either.

    Steak days are only for P3 and further out and only for when you are 2 lbs or more over LIW and not to be done in P2.

    Apple days are to be used in P2 for stalls and you eat way more then 3 apples, but they are totally phsycological and although you may see a loss the day after you will more then likely see stalls and gains the days to follow.

    You have lost 20 lbs in 14 days which is absolutely amazing and not common at all and most liekly it is just your body needing time to catch up with your losses. Most people only lose 20lbs in a 30-40 day round so you are doing fantastic! Most will slow way down in losses starting week 2 and you didn't so it could be your time to slow down on the losses now. Typical average losses are about .5 of a lb a day.

    You are still doing super fine. I've read that stall is normal 2 to 3 weeks in and to not get discouraged. Hang in there! You are awesome

    I was going to recommend the apple day, Rabo beat me to it

    Also the toast...yeah. I use it sometimes, i.e. tonight to make turkey meat balls, or as an addative other times.
