Hi there! I learned of this great life changing experience from a wonderful girl back in the fall of 2011. I attempted to try and do this around the holidays and failed miserably. So I decided to give it another try. I started loading January 27 & 28. So far I have lost 6.8 the first week. I did overeat one day and gained .8, but I have lost that weight since and more.
My real weight gain started when I had my daughter. Since then I had lost and then regained most of it because of dating. When I started dating my boyfriend almost 2 years ago we went out to eat all the time...which led to me nearly going over my pregnancy weight! EEK....anyways I have 14lbs since last summer but still need to lose about 40 to be healthy. So Im looking forward to the next few weeks weight loss
