So I haven't posted in a couple days, the nature of my job has me busy with the Golden Globes and its been a nice diversion from too much obsessing. Three days ago I started my TOM and I was really nervous that I was going to stall from looking at others posts on their losses/gains during their TOM.
I've been pleasantly surprised. I'm on last day of my TOM and this morning a full lbs lost! Thank you god.
I am noting though that I was stalled a little the days leading up to it so *this may be what I do the week before the week, I'll remember that next time.
I've been 100% clean on my diet. I did drop the melba toast/ bread stick but uped my protein each meal to keep my calories at 500 and not below. I just feel sugar and breads are like drugs to an addict for me and I just need to stay away. I realize the things I would "eat" over in the past ALWAYS involved sugar or breads.
I'm limiting my working out while in P2 because the calories are so low. Hiking about three times a week for about an hour but its walking not running. Yes I'm capable of alot more but the calories are too low to be doing more safely so, this is what I'm doing.
I'm losing weight yes which is awesome but even more awesome I'm losing inches and yesterday someone actually noticed and commented. I'm doing this!
