Yay! Break thru the stall.
Only thing that I changed yesterday was I added 2 tsp Braggs to 12 oz water (Thanks Fiesty!!) in the evening after I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes (which felt great, I wasn't fatigued like I though I would be)
