Just a rant about how terrifying it is to lose weight

So here goes...
I'm doing okay...still felt queasy and dizzy so I ended up giving in and eating some gluten free bread with my dinner and half a small yam again. I don't mind if I gain, I feel much better having had the small off-protocol day while recovering. 2.6 is awesome progress! You might retain water from the exercise but it'll come off eventually. The water weight is what fluctuates/stalls but as long as you're on protocol your body is burning fateven if the number on the scale doesn't move the fat is gone.
Drinking more water as I'm still dehydrated. Gonna lay down and get some real sleep, and be ready to get back strictly on protocol tomorrow. Another day another loss!!
