Good Morning - I would like to know what over the counter products people use while on P2. I was told I could use Suave Body Wash, Baby Oil, Tressemme Shampoo/Conditioner. I can not afford to buy all the "diet" products so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    JASON brand is recommended on the home page of this site but I have yet to use it.

    Personally - I use J&J baby shampoo, Oil-free shampoo from vitacost (forget the name), Alba soap and mositurizer, Aveeno oil free moisturizer w/ SPF, Crystal deo. I buy all of my stuff from Vitacost. They have low prices on organic beauty/bath supplies as well as vitamins. Check it out. Even their Stevia is cheaper!
