P2Vlc & exercise

Well i'm still pushing along.This wekend was somewhat disasterous but i'm only looking forward. I had been doing the firm exercise videos prior to p2 and continuing at a lighter intensity during p2. I had a 6oz glass of protien drink this morning after my workout and that will be the only deviation today. I have to go to the dr tomorrow and that means weighing in. Yikes! O well i have been avoiding the scale and i knw that is dangerous. So bring it on! No matter what it is i can use the motivation! Happy loosing!
