I'm feeling good mentally this morning physically I'm a little tingling and weak but I had similar symptoms the first few days of my first round too. I know it Will pass. i have alrea gone down about 1/2 inch in the middle and that's what really amazes me about this diet! I know this weight will come off soon because this diet works! Anybody know where the ff button is?
