P3 Day 16 - Correction Day Success!

No sooner do I blog that I don't want to bore you with my P3 journey and guess who ends up 2.2 lbs over LIW yesterday? Yep, me. Thank goodness, I add new foods very slowly in P3, so I know it was the avocado that caused a 1.1 lb gain overnight. Not a fun way to start my Saturday and I'll admit I was a big baby about it (thanks to my friends here for your support).
Typical of me, I only stay down for so long before I come out fighting again. I chose to put my energy into what I could do about the gain. To get me back in "success" mode, hubby and I headed to the gym and got in a great 1 hour workout, followed by a good sweat in the steam room.
I also did a correction day that works for me:
2-3 mugs BP coffee throughout the morning
Green Juice at 2p (spinach & kale, 1/4 orange, 1/4 apple, celery, 1/4 cucumber, water, ice, stevia)
Big rib eye steak and apple at 5p
I lost 1.6 lbs with my CD. I'm back within range and now only 0.6 over my LIW. Yay! Today I will eat very clean to lock in the loss - just fat, meat, lots of veggies and a couple fruits.
A note about my CD - I'm in adrenal repair (you can Google for more info) and my doctor doesn't want me to do steak days. Traditional fasting isn't good for my body. I'm not encouraging anyone to deviate from the protocol steak day, but at the same time, you have to do what is best for your body.
