  1. Question about RESTRUCTURING

    I'd love to hear from some of you who have done multiple rounds, or are well into P4 to find out how long we can expect restructuring to go on after we've finished our drops or injections. (If at all.)

    What other surprises wait in the wings???

    I've only done this one LONG round, so I don't have any experience with what happens to our bodies after P2.

  2. Stall Broken!

    Broke the stall this morning with a 1.2 loss! I really thought I'd be stuck at 149.3 as my LDW. Not sure how many doses I have left in the bottle of hcg. Two, maybe three, which takes me through tomorrow morning. Well, it is what it is. But glad the stall is done. Maybe a loss tomorrow, maybe not. I'm still thrilled with losing 21.2 lbs. I'm just three pounds from the weight I was 18 years ago (pre-baby). For my age, and height, I think that's pretty great. Wow, could I be any more pleased ...

  3. In a STALL in my LAST week!

    Can you believe it? I'm in a stall in my last week of drops!! I jus shake my head...

    Well, at least it wasn't in the second or third week when I would have been panicking. I was really hoping to lose another 1-3 lbs this week (for a bit of a cushion), but doesn't look like it's going to happen.

    Oh well, I'm still happy with a whopping 20 lb loss.

    Going to get my haircut this afternoon -- my niece does it. She hasn't seen me since before hcg, so ...

  4. Losses are slowing down/Maybe stopped

    Well, obviously my losses are slowing down. I'm in the last few days of my drops and I have not had a loss in the last three weigh-ins. I've had two days in a row before, but this is the first time with 3 in a row. I was really hoping to have at least another two-three lbs lost by the time the drops ran out. But I will be contented with whatever the total is. I am SO READY to move on to P3, and then P4 and then to just life! Daily weighing of course, but not worrying about every single thing. ...

    I found sugar-free vanilla at HomeGoods. They are owned by the same company that owns TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Look in the specialty food section where they have stuff like gormet popcorn. I got an 8 oz bottle for $9.99. Good luck if you happen to have one of these stores in your area.

  6. INCHES LOST, grill pans, thrift stores

    Woke this morning to no weight loss (expected that), took measurements and pictures. I have an excel spreadsheet I created to track my inches lost. Punched in the new numbers and I've lost an amazing TWENTY-TWO inches head to toe (well, neck to ankle). That's 3 1/2 inches since last week! (The previous week was two inches.) So no loss, but SO EXCITED about the inches. Ya know the one that amazed me the most this morning was my thigh. I've lost 4 /12 inches from my THIGH. I just laughed and ...

  8. TWENTY!! Count 'em...

    WOOOOO HOOOOO!!! I finally hit the TWENTY pound mark!!!! I thought it was never going to happen. My goal is 25, but in another 4lb loss, I will be at the weight I was before my son was born. That just BOGGLES my mind. You have no idea how excited that makes me. Well, um, maybe you do!

    Today I am just tired of....
    1. the disappointment of no loss days
    2. choosing from the same NINE things to eat every day
    3. waking up to pee every two hours
    4. being cold all the time (even when it's been nice out)
    5. having dry, itchy skin all over (I WANT MY LOTION)
