Thank goodness for baggy clothes and tape measure. I decided to go ahead and measure even though my measure day has typically be Friday. And I lost 5.25 inches since the 17th of April. Ten days! It's so rewarding! I'm glad I documented it all. My before pics were lost. So all I have are some pics from last summer and I'm not even sure I want to look at them. I cried last time. However, the paper tracking for inches has been a real treat. There have been days when I've measured and seen no change, but then the reward always comes.
I am so grateful to have found Hcg. I feel wonderful! and I'm only 1/3 of the way to goal. Can't wait!
