Phase 4- day 12 , day 2 of shred it

God do i hurt today, it brings a smile to my face but julian micheals kicked my arse. Fair warning to anyone considering the 30 shred, do not i repeat do not start with 8 lb weights...my arms and legs are jello.
136.5 this am, not bad as toms heres and im still under adjusted ldw...10 lbs till i see my size 4 jeans ( welcome new hopeful addition to closet) and a sexy dress. 16.5 lbs till goal woop. Had a 5 eggs scrambled tomatoe wrap for breaky with extra butter the rest of my food today is : 2 coconut cookies, blueberries, green apple, a salmon lettuce tomatoe wrap, and almonds. Hope everyone is doing well! I took before pictures and will meausure my inches tonight

    I did the same thing. If you think 30 Day Shred is tough, you are going to LOVE - JM Body Revolution. I had a hard time with Shred in doing the pushups and jumping jacks (boobies were a little too big for jumping jacks) but then I tried Body Revolution and I like it much better. When I first did it that morning, I was sore by the afternoon. It never gets boring.

    Im not finding it to bad i just am lazy i havent worked out out in ages so i need this butt whopping, i plan on adding in her 6 week to 6-pack after the first 10 days/level haha
