Phase 4- Day 13, 3rd day of shred.

I feel better today not as sore and just plain happy.
Im going to add ripped in 30 i think just do the two back to back, there on sale at chapters so i will pick it and 6 week 6 pack up

I modified some of the weight ones, the side lunges i know do only one weight with the leg going... i have 8 lb weights not 3 and its to hard with both i hope soon it isnt.

Tried almonds yesterday for the first time not only am i sensitive , im allergic! im up again today and am doing a if day so hopefully that helps

Im going to get there if it kills me, im proud when im done working out and sweating like a pig..it means its working

    Do you think the gain can be from adding muscle? What is this workout? And what is ripped?

    They are called - 30 day shread and ripped in 30 respectivly. They are created by the trainer julain micheals from biggest looser. After checking out chapters website i have changed my mind and will purchase: ripped in 30 and kickbox fast fix (didnt know she had the second one and i reallllly miss kickboxing but its to expensive for my college butt ) I plan on doing the 30 day shred for the full 30 days no rest days and adding in the kickboxing 3-4 times a week as well.Followed by the ripped for 30 days and 3-4 kickboxing than all alternating for matienace. All of theses workouts are done within 30 mins, shred is 18-25 depending on your level , ripped is 20-30 depending on level and kickboxing is 20. Ripped and shred are julians 3-2-1 concept 3 minutes strength, 2 cardio , 1 ab to achieve the best results in minimal time. If you are intrested in shred, it has just become aware to me that you can watch them on youtube for free.

    Im not sure..as thats the first time ive had almonds, my new idea is to this correction day, check my weight tomo than not weight for the rest of the 10 days in level 1 of the shred, that way i can do my meaurements and weighting all at once to see if its muscle or what.

    *team MeganP* Dude I'm so jelly you've started because I can't wait to start! I'm so excited. XD 30day shred is going to be beast and will kick my teeth in n__n. Hot body and toothless!

    You are going all out with the workouts and it's awesometastic. And yeah I won't freak out from the gains. I know I'm eating right and will be and that it's mostly water weight and a bit of muscle if I do gain.

    Your body is going to be siiiiiiiiiiiick!

    I also have Jillian's Yoga meltdown I bought last year. I was thinking of throwing that in the mix too. 2 weeks. Just 2 weeks until I start. Wish me luck! And keep it up on the Shred!

    hahah ! team shred for megan and murderou! we can both do it! i got her banish fat boost metabolism because i can just add in 1 or 2 curcits with the shred a few times a week, i still feel i can kick it a little more! i want my abs back and my thinspiration picture Your so close cant wait till your there, im going to follow it up with ripped in 30
