This blog entry will include my fresh new HCG Journey that started November 23, 2014 with my 17 year old daughter.
Before ordering our Sublingual HCG, my daughter & I read pounds & inches, googled, inquired & read read read any & all info to master HCG. We made little errors along the way, but ultimately we were successful.
In the past I ordered pharmaceutical HCG overseas. This time around, for convenience purposes, I ordered from buyhcgdirect.com. Though we were very happy with the results, I had to order double the amounts they recommended for a 23 day cycle. No matter we are thrilled with their HCG.
LOAD DAYS.
I must stress & boy oh boy did I to my daughter...eat eat eat. When I tried the protocol last time, I didnt load correctly, immediately became hungry, with ultimate fail!!!! So this time around, I ate something almost every 1-2 hours. Starting at arising to an hour before bedtime. This worked for me! Though my daughter was near collapse...we pushed through it.
I cannot stress enough...LOAD LOAD LOAD properly.
There are plenty of sample loading day hcg diet menus to google. Also, get your fast food coupons ready. We found fast food was the easiest, with even eating burgers without buns. (Fat intake being very important on Load days)
PHASE 1
ME- LOAD DAY 1 WEIGHT: 165LBS
DAUGHTER- LOAD DAY 1 WEIGHT - 138LBS

PHASE 2
ME - VLCD 1 WEIGHT- 173lbs
DAUGHTER- " " "- 143lbs
I made sure to have grilled chicken breasts, lean beef sirloin beef & turkey available. We ate broccoli & cabbage.
Though we were allowed 2 grissinis per day, sometimes we didn't eat one. (Only because we forgot).
We would eat our apples whole. There were times we diced one up, little lemon juice, stevia & cinnamon. Bake in oven...yummy!
We also used mustard on our protein.
Drinking water, another MUST, wasn't always fun. To change it up a bit (this worked for us) was one crystal light per day.
I initially experimented with two per day, but found it impeded my weight loss.
Another choice we made was to add a "kicker" 2x a week. Not only did this help with weight loss in general, but really good for plateaus. ( we both had 2)
KICKER RECIPE: (8AM & 8PM) (DONT EAT OR DRINK 15 MINS BEFORE OR AFTER DOING KICKER)
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 Cayene pepper
1 Stevia pack
6 ounces warm-hot water
stir quickly & GULP down
It's not horrible. Actually when your done, your sinuses are relieved & you will feel a kick of energy. At least we did.
Just remember, every step brings you closer to a happier & healthier you!
Day 23 VLCD
ME- Weight- 149.5lbs
Daughter- Weight- 127lbs
Day 24, 25, 26
No HCG, just 500 VLCD continued
PHASE 3 - MAINTENANCE
Though we have started maintenance, I will be doing a second round after the required 6 weeks.
