  1. Round3 VLCD1

    Will weighin tomorrow.....Find that tracking the loading weight is NOT very encouraging!

    I find that the success of each round has to do with where we are at mentally. If we are prepared, motivated, at a good place in our social life/personal and emotional life.

    My twin's husband fell very ill right after halloween. He has been in a vegitative state until 2 days ago. We have not known whether he would live or die, but we are beginning to see that he is truly fighting ...

  2. Round3 Load Day:1

    Ghastly weight in:
    138lbs. I've let myself eat 'whatever' knowing I was doing another round. I was 132 earlier this week.

    Goal:stay focused, prepare food, continue walking at gym regularly, focus on how i feel, trust my body to do it's thing and follow procotol.

    Unfortunately one friend is already two weeks in, and doesn't talk much about it. My second friend found out her pharmacy has stopped selling HCG due to the FDA. So....I'm on my own again! My husband ...

  3. Round THREE, Prep Phase

    It's been several months since my last maintenance phase update. It's true....most people don't get on as much because they don't need the support on a daily basis. Out of site, out of mind. Wish I had accountabilit through maintenance phase though......My goal was to keep all the weight off, well this is what acttually happened.....Summer happened, we had many BBQ's and hangouts at our lake, dinners on our patio, BBQ at my sisters, get togethers, we had our house remodeled from July until currently....we ...

  4. Ph3 Day3 R2

    Well.....I transitioned into Ph3 as soon as I could. I hit VLCD22 and knew it was time. I ate regular food while taking drops for the last 2 weeks while I was taking my antibiotics. I didn't gain, and manged to end my drops at 119lbs. I was happy with that. Funny thing...that's where I ended up with Round1. My body liked 117.5, but then adjusted to 119lbs. I am working really hard this week to detox off of sugar, and to stick to Ph3 protocol. I've been having bacon, americano w/half n half, nuts, ...

  5. VLCD20 R2 Ph2 Need encouragement!

    Weigh-In: skipped it again. Not enjoying seeing my self in the mirror lately. That's a new feeling after having such good results with Round1. My size 2's are still fitting fine, just looking bloated I guess with period on the way. I really do think a lot of my struggles this round are mental. Not sure what to change, accept my attitude. I've had so much to do lately preparing food is last on my priority list.

  6. VLCD18 R2 Ph2

    Weigh-in: 121lbs. Yeah....haven't been weighing because I started my antibiotics...they make me so sick, even when I'm eating. I had to make the choice to let my health come first and I could tell I would be a mess if I was eating low calories on this med. Oh well, I have enough drops to get to day40, which I will do. And I'm already feeling so much better, it was worth it.

    Today I'm having:
    -3-6oz Rockfish
    -romaine
    -4oz chicken
    -zucchini

    Weighin: didn't. AGAIN. You know what that means.....I've found it really hard to stick to the strict protocol. Not sure if it's because I'm not feeling well, or I'm content with my weight...but I only have one more week left before the short round is complete. I will probably start taking antibiotics this weekend, feel better on Monday and go at least another week, if not the 40 days. I think my average on days I haven't been under 500, have been closer to 1000. And not good calories either-mini ...

    Didn't weigh in. I'm wondering if it's a smart idea to feel foggy, dizzy and 'off' when I'm being paid really well to assist an elderly lady with Alzheimers? I feel like we are both in the same boat sometimes, when i can't remember simple things like my voicemail pass code, or dates of things....ugh. I'm ready to be in Ph3. I was really good in PH3/Ph4.

  9. VLCD12 R2 Ph2

    Weigh-in: 114lbs. Looks like my body does have more fat to release. I've been wondering through this first week and half if I was pushing it. I never felt like I was. I didn't really give my body more then 3 days at a time on the Ph2 strict eating to tell. Until these last 3 days, and VOILA....I'm at 114lbs. Last time I remember seeing that number on the scale I was a Jr in high school.

    I'm thinking my goal of 4 more lbs is attainable. I have until next Friday. And I think I will ...

  10. VLCD 11 R2Ph2

    Weigh-in 116lbs. Not much to report accept that I've had 1/2 of my days with extra calories coming from out-of-protocol foods and hasn't made too much of a difference when it comes to gains. I have lost 6 pounds in 11days.....average of .55/day but that including extra food. I think as I get to a lower weight my body is happy here. We will see if i can give it 100% and reach 110lbs. I believe I can. I have until Sept 9th for VLCD21 to see where I am at. I know I will have to completely give up ...
