My last week of P4 before loading again this weekend for R2. I've found P4 to be almost non-existent, though it's been 5 weeks. The first week was before Christmas, when I was scared to add anything. Then Christmas came and I binged on FUDGE!! Steak day took care of that. Week 3 was New Years Eve wedding in Savannah, GA, including eating out every day, drinking every day, and eating a huge wedding feast. Steak day took care of that too.
So now, I'm lean, mean, and green in my last 2 weeks. Yesterday, I added all natural MOM's best oatmeal. YUM! I even let myself have a fun size almond joy and 6 Whopper candies. Today, I added homemade whole wheat dumplings in my chicken and veggies.
A day in the life of 3rd shift P4:
Breakfast (7 pm) : Boiled chicken with stock, green beans, carrots, peas, onions and homemade dumplings (whole wheat pastry flour)
Lunch ( 10:30 pm) : Fage yogurt with blueberries, boiled egg, grapes, walnuts
Dinner ( 3:00 am) : Grilled turkey burger, no bun on romaine, with dill relish, sugar free ketchup, and mustard, flaxseed mug cake.
