Got it now.....

A new outlook - R2P2 VLCD8

So I'm starting to feel a renewed sense of commitment to this lifestyle. For some reason, I've been fighting some mad cravings and have been whining about what I can't eat and how everything looks and smells so good. I've not been hungry though, which is so important. Now, I'm proud of myself for not cheating, handling some pretty tough situations. I think it has something to do with the fact that from now on, I'm losing new weight, and I know I don't have much time to do it. Makes the cheat not worth it. I'm hoping to wrap up this round at 30 days around Feb 14th. With 10.6 down, I have 14.4 to go in 20 days. It will be tough, for sure.

I also think maintaining will be easier this time because I'll be adding running to my regime. This will allow me some more calories to play with. I don't think I have any food issues except SUGAR!!!, so I should stabilize just fine...

Now let's see how long I can keep this attitude up!

Great attitude. I have found myself whining the last couple of days (tied to wanting to eat during playoff games), too. Like u the cravings have nothing to do with physical hunger, they are all mental. So we have to learn how to control those. Everytime we say no to what we know we shouldn't, it should reinforce our ability to do that when in p3 or p4. We can draw on the resolve we show now, that we CAN be in control. KWIM? Keeping up that attitude, now that is the goal! Keep up the good work, down 10.6 in 8 vlc days? Great!
