It's after 3 am and I'm feeling the gallbladder acting up again. Pulled out the malic acid, lecithin, milk thistle, and cholacol ll and I'm hoping that it works.

I'm wondering if the MCT oil is triggering these attacks so no MCT coffee for a few days to see if it helps. Maybe it's the bacon everyday...

The past two days we were gone all day. Friday was a steak day for me and it seemed to work. Yesterday was harder because we went to the big farmers market and there was really nothing that I could see that was p3 safe so I didn't eat lunch and dinner was late. The consensus was to go to IHOP
I forgot my Walden's farms dressing pkt so ordered a bacon blue cheese burger no bun. I ate some of the blue cheese which I probably shouldn't have. That's what I get for being to hungry.
I also ate the fresh fruit it came with (melon, grapes,pineapple). I haven't tested those fruits yet and I'm not even sure if they are allowed yet so I guess the scale will tell me if the cheese or fruit was OK or not.
I need to reread the p3 allowed foods and instructions again. I'm feeling to aloof about it. I just can't mess this up!
