my last week on p3.

Actually I think this Thursday is my last day on p3 which means round 2 is around the corner. I've already ordered my supplies and they should be here in a couple of weeks at the most. I am excited to get started again, though I will miss the foods that I'm eating. I'm just anxious to get the rest of this weight off.

I'm really impressed that my weight seems to be holding right where it should be. Only 1 steak day so far.

    Hey thats great! Im enjoying p3 though I'm having some challenges. The biggest one being that the scale at my Mom's was dead when we arrived. Ran out for a battery earlier today. I haven't weighed since yesterday at 4 a.m. I'm not getting on now, since it's late afternoon, I've been eating and I haven't had a decent trip to the bathroom in a couple of days. Just got my upgraded probiotics in the mail and took two.......keep your fingers crossed for tomorrow morning.....the other thing that kind of bums me out about this is that this scale may weigh me differently than the other. will just have to wait and see.

    Get river! I just replaced batteries in my scale because of inconsistent readings and I was back down in the 155 range so I hope that's true. It's not much of a difference but I prefer 155 than 156 lol.

    My daughters digital scale was right on with mine so hopefully your mom's will be too. Depending on how long your stay is maybe it's best to stick with safe foods if you're worried about it?
    I have to say that I'm actually surprised and pleased that I've not had a lot of issues with foods but I'm sure it helps that I'm avoiding my major food problems. I'm finding that I can have some milk products but to much will push my weight up. Thankfully only one day needed a steak day. Tonight I tried cream cheese... I think that one could be trouble for me.

    I had cheese today too! 1 ounce of an awesome sharp cheddar. We'll see what the scale does tomorrow. If I'm up a pound, then I'm done with cheese for a while longer.

    When I weighed in this morning I was only up by 0.6 since Sunday. well below my Steak Day weight. Boy I'm hoping not to have one of those. I am totally burnt out on chicken right now, so maybe that wouldn't be so bad!

    How did you react to the cheese River?

    I have been eating cream cheese for the last few days and was pleasantly surprised to be back down to my LIW this morning. Yeah!
    I've been making a cheese cake kind of mixture with cream cheese, xylitol, HWC, and raspberries. Yum! Just a little bit though. I don't want to go back into dessert mode.

    Tomorrow will be day 1 on P4 and I haven't even figured out what I'm going to add back in. I'm liking P3 eating and don't feel deprived at all. I suppose I should test out some grains but I just don't want to. Ugh.
