    Happy Wednesday ladies!

    It's been a week since my last blog... I had a long weekend in Vegas and managed to to lose the excess with a CD yesterday. I am back to LDW.... Hurray! It is nice to know that clean eating or a CD yields results after an indulging day or two. Fats and proteins are your best friends in P3 and beyond!

  2. Thursday Thoughts

    Hey there ladies!

    I am writing this just coming off a CTCD yesterday! It worked well and I am down 2 pounds.... The reason for the CD was that I am leaving for the weekend and I wanted to do a preemptive strike as I am sure my food choices will be the lesser of two evils starting today! I am experimenting that a pre plan/wiggle room strategy will make the difference.

  3. Merry Monday!

    Good morning girls!

    I hope everyone is is still excited and motivated to hit our goals this morning. I am so very proud of all of you who have "stuck" it out and are still on P2, the new P3ers who are juggling the new food choices and "weeding" out what works for them, and others who are starting a new round this week.   4. Welcome Weekend!

    Hi girls....

    Not much to report today.... P4 week 1 and still holding at 1/2 pound below LDW.... All in all, doing well. I hope the scales are being your friend this last day in May and each of you have a wonderful weekend!

    Summer is around the corner and the hard work we've all been through this winter and spring will be revealed as we go on vacays and see our loved ones! Keep your sights on your goals girls.....

  5. Phase 4 Week 1

    Ok, ok... I am going to call it phase 4 as I am not watching sugar in drinks and in fruit.... Technically that is not P3 although I do try to eat mostly P3ish.... Besides, I think after day 30, I should move it on....

  6. Happy Memorial Day Monday!

    Good morning ladies....

    I know some of you first time HCGers are experiencing your first "holiday" on P2/3 this weekend... How are you doing? I have found the easiest way to manage all the treats, goodies, and the alcohol is to cross that bridge when you are faced with it and not worry about the next meal. If you make a consciencous choice "in the moment" remind yourself what your goal is. I think Pookster has said it well, "nothing tastes as good as skinny ...

    I hope your Monday came and went with no incident. Sending love to Oklahoma this morning....

    I am not sure how to blog this morning as I am not technically in p3 as it is over the 21st day by a week, but I still haven't added p4 foods as of yet. I am very comfortable with my fats, proteins, and carbs. Besides I have been gluten free for over 3 years now, I really don't eat bread or pasta.... I am thinking of adding more high glycemic ...
