Hello,
I am new here and new to the hhcg diet. Today is P1 D3 for me. My goal is to lose 45 pounds. I am doing short rounds until I meet my goal. I am excited to weigh in the morning.
I am hungry now, at almost 5 pm. I had only my lunch of chicken breast and broccoli, and a lot of water. I am surprised to be hungry because yesterday I was so stuffed after eating less than my normal portions. I was eating fatty foods for my load days, but it was hard to get it down yesterday. I had hoped that meant I would not be hungry today. We shall see what tomorrow brings!

Hello Friends!
Wow...I can't believe I have been eating this low cal diet for 27 days (minus one )
I have to say, yesterday and today I am BORED with the food. I am going to have to make something different. I have 14 more days of it so something has to give. I feel like I lose better though when I eat simply. Meat and veggies.

I had a good loss today, almost 2 lbs. I am below my T Day weight now. I really hope to lose 10 more pounds by the end of P2.

Nah, I am okay. Weigh in fine, food fine today however I am HUNGRY right now!! it is 4:33 and I need dinner now! However that is not going to happen.
I will try to catch up this evening on all my friends

Hope that my friends have had a good weekend, so far. It's 9:20 am here, raining. I am getting ready to get in the shower and go to church. Then it will be out to lunch with my family and couple of friends after. I will behave!
I worked on a cleaning project yesterday so I will come home and finish that, I suppose. My house needs plenty of work!

I was down another 1.4 lbs today so my T Day gain is about gone. Now...I feel better. On to the ten (more maybe??) I want gone.

Hi everyone,
Today has been a good day. Off work....always good. I have been mostly doing things around the house. Bagged up 4 kitchen size trash bags of shoes and clothes from our closet and then put it back together. Hey, there is a floor in there! I had forgotten!
Laundry. Just ran an errand or two. I am eating dinner now. Tilapia and sliced cukes with salt and pepper. I like to be on here when I eat. I slow down and it lasts longer I am really loving all the fish lately, ...

Hello...
I think it is low cal day 23.
Day after Thanksgiving. I ate. I didn't stuff my face as in past years but I did eat what I wanted, little portions. End result the same - SO FULL! And yes, I am up 3+ lbs today. Not shocked. I knew I would pay for my sins So onto the remaining low calorie days of P2 with a goal of 10 more lbs released. I can do it!! I am going to add a little exercise too.

How is everyone?

Quick update...at work.
Small loss yesterday, better today. Slow moving now, but I am used to it I guess. I am not going to lose what I hoped this round I fear. That's okay though.

Good Morning,
I did so well on my food yesterday until the evening. I had a few (gasp) potato chips , the big ones that are super crunchy and homemade. Not by me I had a handful of popcorn at a play I took my girls to. And I wasn't hungry!! Just bored! Kind of upset with myself but i will get over it. I did not weigh this morning, would rather not look at it! I know if no other reason it will be up because I am puffy today. My wedding ring is too tight, I can feel it everywhere.

Good Morning, all
So it is the weekend. Any plans?
Today I have laundry and housework. Daughter having a friend overnight, we are having dinner and going to see a local production of FAME tonight. Church in morning. Probably go in to work a little bit because we have payroll due early due to Turkey day. That is about it!

I lost almost 2 pds since Thursday's weigh in! Very happy! That is without going for 2 days. Gotta make that happen I am feeling really ...

Hmmmm, I already did this once but it dissappeared! I am sure I did something wrong..
I am feeling well, doing ok. Not as hungry past couple days which is nice. Been a very busy week, pretty glad the weekend is here I am feeling smaller! I wish my belly were going faster. But then I am impatient.
