Losing is easier after HCG

In my last post, I talked about the effects of a long vacation and too much food, which resulted in a 4.6 pound gain from my last weigh-in (and put me 6.6 pounds above my LDW). Yargh!

Well, four days of just watching what I eat and barely increasing my exercise and I've lost just about everything I've gained--4 pounds in 3 days, believe it or not! I don't know if it was some kind of bloating thing, or if my body and metabolism has genuinely become more efficient, able to actually lose weight like a normal person instead of a fat, sick invalid. I'm feeling positive, so I'm going to believe the latter.

This coming Saturday I begin loading for my second round. From what I've seen, the most visually dramatic losses usually occur when a woman loses those last 20-30 pounds. It's the difference between being "thick" and being "svelte". I know my biggest change will come as I start approaching the 130s. I don't think I've ever been that light in my adult life. I'm excited about seeing the new me emerge!

    Yeah, I don't know how I didn't blow up to 400 pounds when I was living close to my parents all those years (my dad the compulsive binge-eater, my mom the carb queen). But we're gonna rock Round 2, Maggie!
