What day were you on before your little adventure? If you had just started, then I would go back and start over...but if you were already a week or so into it..I would just motor on. I totally feel you...I had a HUGE cheat last night....and I am almost at the end of my 40 day round...So don't feel like a failure....your only a failure if you quit...just remove those destructive thoughts from your mind and remember you can do ANYTHING...You just have to want it bad enough!!!!

I would just continue on from where you were....it will come back off....and I don't see any reason why you can't extend it another few days...I have seen people on here extend weeks after the normal 23 or 40...

I did a planned 7 day interruption and gained 3 pounds, I have been extremely serious since getting back off the interruption. I lost the 3 pounds in 3 days and another 3 by the end of that week. So stop beating yourself up and move forward. The program works! You will be back to losing in no time at all. Keep us posted on your success!

Make it a great day!! One day at time!
