Morning HCGers!!

Rate this Entry
R1/P2/Day 11 - I can't believe i'm 11 days in already.
Still havent told any of my family or friends I'm doing this. I'm not ready yet for the 20 million questions - so a secret it shall stay for now. Anyone have people tell you your nuts? And I still don't make myself weigh in every day.

I'm enjoying the cooking part a whole lot, so far, LOL!! I like the prep time and making the food look pretty. Keeps my mind busy on that instead of how much more weight to lose. Trying new spices - like last night was a chili night - HCG style. Even started drinking apple cider vinegar at night before I got to bed. I'm really glad I LOVE onions, I think it's what saves me. Chicken & onions, beef & onions - yummmmm O! Trying chard later, spinach is ok for veggies. Tried broccoli rabe and enjoyed some cucumbers too. Fave is still onions.

Happy Eating!!!!

I luv grilled onions too. In fact, I'm having the chicken and grilled onions for lunch today. And the p2 friendly chili is great as well. I agree, the food is good on p2, just would prefer larger portions! lol.
BTW, I haven't told many people about hcg either. I did at first and didn't like some of the negativity, so decided to stay quiet. I share mostly with fellow hcg buddies on the forums and blogs.

yeah, i love everyone's story - and you dont feel alone during the diet cause other people are going through sort of the same thing.

Only 2 of my friends know & no family members. In P2, I don't weigh daily . . . just couldn't handle the weight fluctuations. I do weight daily in P3. I am not about to let this get out of hand after working so hard during P2!

i agree - i dont want to kick myself during this time if i dont go down, losing weight is hard enough. less pressure i think, cause i know what i am supposed do and what to eat. so i think i may just stick to weekly weigh in's.

    have a great day!!!!
