4th Week Is Going Great So Far

So far my weight loss is going really good. As of today I am down 21.2 pounds, on the start of my first day of week 4, day 22. I am down to 213.8 and couldn't be happier about that. I am getting so close to being out of the 200's what I can't wait for, but for this week I hope I can lose 5 pounds. I usually lose between 4 to 5 pounds a week. So if I can be down to 209 pounds by Sunday that would be so wonderful for me. I am setting a mini goal for myself to be 199 by June 11th, I think that is a reasonable goal. It seems like the diet is coming much easier to me now that I have got much more creatative with my meals, that makes me not even think about cheating at all which is good for me. I have been on 22 days and haven't cheated once in those 22 days, which is really good for me cause in the past I have had a hard time sticking to a diet, but then again I didn't get the results I am getting on the HCG diet. I really believe that this diet will help be reach my goal weight in no time.

    Good Job!!! I think that 199 is a reasonable goal and you should have no problem reaching it. I totally know what you mean about doing diet's and never sticking them out, but then again like you said...never had the results like this before. I was only going to do the 23 days, which is up tomorrow, but have decided to do the 40...hey if I made it this far, I can make it another 2 weeks... but I am not very creative with my foods...kinda boring to tell you the truth...fill me in on some of your tricks to keep the meals interesting...
